Monica is the founder of Bridging Us, which provides strategic consulting services, and the Chief Operations Officer at Aiding Survivors of Human Trafficking & Child Abuse. She has led work at Engage NWA, Excellerate Foundation, and Downtown Bentonville Inc., and previously practiced human rights and immigration law in London. As co-host of this season of the underview, she brings curiosity and grounded care to questions of faith, belonging, and the bridges that have always been between us.
